TERMS & CONDITIONS
§ 1. Ordering:
You can order goods / services at Grunt via our website at Grunt.dk, by phone / email or by personal enquiry. All contracts are in Danish. All prices quoted are incl. VAT and other taxes. Prices are daily prices.
§ 2. Payment
We offer payment by credit card payment (Dankort, Mastercard, Visa) or by invoicing (business customers only). No fee will be deducted when ordering at Grunt.dk, which means you only pay for what you order.
Paid by debit card you are always protected against abuse. You have the option of rejecting a payment when you receive your payment summary. You have no self-risk in case your card is abused in an internet store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. Thus, you are better protected than in the physical world where you have a self-esteem of DKK 1200. When your Dankort is misused using the PIN.
The data you send in connection with purchases paid by debit card is encrypted (SSL), and it is only Nets (PBS) that can read them. Neither Grunt.dk nor others have the opportunity to read the data.
The amount of the goods is deducted only when the package is shipped from Grunt.UK You can never withdraw a larger amount than you have approved at the time of purchase.
§ 3. Delivery and shipping.
Basically, there are two types of delivery when you shop at Grunt.UK
PACKAGE HOPE: We ship within Denmark as the primary delivery option, for the price 39.DKK 00 order containing the purchase of goods under DKK 799.00 For purchases of goods for over DKK 800.00. your order will be delivered freely. You have up to 5 valid options in the form of packages that your delivery can be selected for.
If you wish to send an order to abroad, Greenland or the Faroe Islands, this can only be done by prior agreement with Grunt.
Delivery is done with GLS. Should there be any mistake or failure in an order sent from us, please contact us as soon as possible after you have received the order.
Flex delivery: If you choose to enter a given location, our supplier / freight carrier has to put the goods, Grunt disclaims the responsibility of the goods and the responsibility goes to the buyer as soon as the package is scanned as delivered at the shipper's address.
This applies if you write that the package must be placed in a shed, garage or similar.
Availability: All items on Grunt.dk are usually stock items. However, errors may occur in some cases, which means that the warehouse is not 100% correctly updated and therefore a longer delivery time may be available. If so, you will of course be contacted immediately.
Section 4. Agreement
You must accept the terms and conditions of each purchase at each purchase. You are encouraged to read the terms thoroughly.
To Grunt.dk, purchase agreements with children and adolescents under the age of 18 can only be made by parents or others legally acting on the child or on behalf of the young person.
§ 5. Complaints
As a consumer, you have 2 years of warranty, which means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation. This, of course, means that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of an incorrect use of the product, lack of maintenance, cf. the manual or other damaging behaviour.
It must be advertised within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect of the item. If you advertise within 2 months, the complaint is always considered to be correct.
We refund reasonable shipping costs that you may have when returning the item when the complaint is warranted.

Note! We do not receive packages late per demand, without resignation or the like.
Remember, the product must always be returned in a proper packaging. It is therefore always a good idea to save the original packaging and receive a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.
If Grunt upon receipt of a complaint cannot make a mistake on the goods, the customer will not be shown the value of the goods. It is therefore important that you as a customer describe the error as accurately as possible to us.
Once we have received your item, we will send you an email informing you about the further process.
You may normally examine the item in the same way as you would in a shop, but you may not use it. If you have used it in a way that is not allowed or permitted in a shop and we cannot sell it again, or cannot sell it at full price again, you should expect us to deduct the depreciation in value from your refund. If the item no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase amount. All hangtags and labels must be on the garment and not removed.
To trade on grunt.dk, the following is required:
Name
Address
Email address
Mobile number.
The above is stored with information about which items you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year that information relates to, cf. the Accounting Act §10, after which information is deleted.
Information is not disclosed or sold to third parties unless this happens in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Possible disclosure in such a situation will be in accordance with the personal data law currently in force.
As a customer, you have the opportunity to gain insight into our registration of data about you and you may object to a registration in haphazard terms to the rules regarding this in the Personal Data Processing Act and inquiry in connection with this should be addressed to NoBRAKES ApS via email contact@grunt.dk
§ 7. Right of withdrawal
You always have 14 days of right of withdrawal when shopping at Grunt.dk, and the cancellation right expires on the day you receive your item. The right of cancellation can only be exercised if the goods are returned in the same condition and amount, and the right of withdrawal will therefore lapse if you use the goods in a way that clearly reduces the value of the product significantly.
The packaging must therefore always be returned with a return to fulfill the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal.
NOTE! Your right of withdrawal will lapse if you use these goods, as it will significantly reduce the value of the product, cf. Section 20 (2) of the Consumer Contracts Act. 3, no. 1.
If you choose to take advantage of the cancellation right, you must pay the post to return the item.

You can also regret refusing to receive the item at the post office or hand it in person at the above address. When you regret your purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to you. This will be done by a transfer to your bank account once we have returned the product and checked that it meets the cancellation rules. It is therefore important that we provide your registration number and account number.
It is not a requirement, but the expedition is promoted if full information is included in the package - such as copy of order confirmation, registration number and bank account account number for which refund can be made, copy of any . prior correspondence etc. Note - We do not receive packages late per COD.
It is always a good idea to save the original packaging until you find out if you want to keep it purchased or not. In some cases, the packaging may mean that the sales value of the product is impaired and thus the right of withdrawal cannot be utilized.
If a product received return, due to a 14-day cancellation right, is damaged due to bad packaging, Grunt will be deprived of any liability to refund the value of the goods. Utilized withdrawal right repayments Grunt full purchase price incl. shipping costs
Business Customers:
For business customers, there is no right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the customer and Grunt. As corporate customers, private companies, public institutions, associations, foundations and self-governing institutions are considered.
§ 8. Confidentiality
Personal information is treated strictly confidential by Grunt. The entered information is processed encrypted and never shared with a third party.
§ 9. Cookies
9.1 Cookies, Purposes and Relevance
We use cookies to collect information about you that is used to customize and enhance our content and to increase the value of the ads displayed on the page.
If you do not wish to collect information, you should delete your cookies (see the instructions under section 9.2) and refrain from further use of the site. Below we have elaborated on what information is collected, their purposes and which third parties have access to them.

10. The Registrar's Rights
10.1 You have the right to access your personal data
You are entitled at any time to know what personal data we are processing about you, where they originate and what we apply them to. You can also find out how long we keep your personal data and who receives personal data about you, to the extent that we pass personal data in Denmark and / or abroad.

10.2 You have the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected, restricted or deleted

10.4 The right to data portability

§ 11. Law and jurisdiction
Any dispute shall be settled under Danish law in the ordinary courts.
