Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within 2 months, the complaint is always considered to be timely.

We will refund reasonable shipping costs that you may incur in connection with returning the item when the complaint is justified.

The right of withdrawal can only be used if the item is returned in the same condition and quantity, and the right of withdrawal therefore expires if you use the item in a way that obviously significantly reduces the item's sales value.

The packaging must therefore always be sent back, so that the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are met.

ATTENTION! Your right of withdrawal expires if you use these goods, as this will significantly reduce the sale value of the goods, cf. Section 20, subsection of the Consumer Contracts Act. 3, no. 1

If you choose to use the right of withdrawal, you must pay the postage yourself to send the item back.

The item is sent to (Only by prior agreement):

You can also cancel by refusing to receive the item at the post office, or handing it in personally to the above address. When you cancel your purchase, the purchase price will of course be refunded to you. This is done by a transfer to your bank account when we have received the item back and checked that it complies with the rules for cancellation. It is therefore important that we are informed of your registration number and account number.

It is not a requirement, but the expedition is promoted if sufficient information accompanies the package - for example, a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number for the bank account to which reimbursement can take place, copy of any prior correspondence etc. Note - we do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery

It is always a good idea to save the original packaging until you have decided whether you want to keep the purchase or not. In some cases, the packaging can mean that the sale value of the goods deteriorates and thus the right of withdrawal cannot be used.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Grunt will refund the entire purchase price ex. the shipping costs. does not refund and does not exchange/exchange gift cards or receivables for cash, but instead offers that you can shop for other goods, or get a receivable, with a redemption period of 5 years after receipt.
