Terms of Trade

§ 1. Order:
Goods/services can be ordered from Grunt via our website, by phone/email or by personal contact. All contracts are concluded in Danish. All prices quoted are incl. VAT and other taxes. Prices are current prices.

§ 2. Payment
We offer payment via credit card (Dankort, Mastercard, Visa) or by invoicing (business customers only). No fee is charged when ordering at Grunt.dk, This means you only pay for what you order.

If you pay with a payment card, you are always protected against misuse. You have the option to reject a payment when you receive your payment summary. You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused in an online store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. This means you are better protected than in the physical world, where you have a deductible of DKK 1,200 when your Dankort is misused using the PIN code.

Data you send in connection with purchases paid for with a payment card is encrypted (SSL), and therefore only Nets (PBS) can read it. Neither Grunt.dk or others have the ability to read the data.

The amount for the goods is only deducted when the package is shipped from Grunt.dk. A larger amount can never be withdrawn than what you have approved when making the purchase.

§ 3. Delivery and shipping.

If you wish to return your order and possibly exchange it for another one, this can be done within 14 days after the item has been received. You will find an attached packaging label that you can use. This costs 39,- and will be deducted from your credit note/refund, together with the possibly refunded amount. You can also return your item yourself, but you are then liable for the amount. Items that have not been delivered DIRECTLY to the address will not be accepted.

Delivery

Grunt offers free delivery to parcel shops for purchases over DKK 599.00 per order.
For orders under DKK 599.00, the price is DKK 39.00 for delivery to a parcel shop.
For home delivery, the price is DKK 49.00 per order, regardless of the total purchase amount.

Delivery takes 1-3 business days.

Flex delivery

If, when placing the order, you choose to enter a specific location where our supplier/carrier may place the goods, Grunt disclaims responsibility for the goods and responsibility passes to the buyer as soon as the package is scanned as delivered to the address by the carrier. This applies if you f.eks. states that the package must be placed in a shed, garage or similar.

Wrong order or missing order

Write to contact@grunt.dk. Please provide your order number and/or other information regarding your order.

How do I return?

In the return package, you must enclose a copy of the order confirmation, invoice or other documentation of your purchase.

Send the package to:

NoBRAKES ApS
Mercury Road 9
7430 Ikast.

You may normally examine the item in the same way as you can and are allowed to in a store, but you may not use it. If you have used it in a way that you are not allowed to or are not allowed to in a store, and we cannot sell it again, or cannot sell it at full price again, you can expect us to deduct the loss in value from the amount you are due to receive back. If the item no longer has a market value, we will not refund the purchase price. All hangtags and labels must be on the garment and must not have been removed.

Additional costs for returns

You will pay for the return shipping costs. These will not be covered by Grunt.

Refunds

If you have returned a package, we will endeavor to refund the amount to your account within 7 days of receiving your package.

§ 4. Conclusion of the agreement
With each purchase, you must accept the terms and conditions of business. You are encouraged to read the terms and conditions carefully.

On Grunt.dk For example, purchase agreements with children and young people under the age of 18 can only be entered into by parents or others who can legally act on behalf of the child or young person.

§ 5. Right of complaint
As a consumer, you have a 2-year right of complaint, which means that you can either have the product repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. This of course requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product, lack of maintenance according to the manual or other behavior that causes damage.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you make a complaint within 2 months, the complaint is always considered timely.

We will refund reasonable shipping costs that you may incur in connection with returning the item when the complaint is justified.

When you wish to make a complaint about a product, it must be sent to our address - the product must be packaged with a return label:

Nobrakes ApS
Marsvej 6
7430 Ikast
Note: Complaint

Please note: We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery, without delivery or similar.

Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging, so it is always a good idea to save the original packaging and get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

If Grunt cannot find any defects in the product upon receipt of a complaint, the customer will not be reimbursed for the value of the product. It is therefore important that you as a customer describe the defect as accurately as possible to us.

Once we have received your item, we will send you an email with information about the further process.

§ 6. Personal data
In order to be able to act on grunt.dk, the following is required:

Name
Address
Email address
Mobile no.

The above will be stored with information about which goods you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. Section 10 of the Danish Accounting Act, after which the information will be deleted.

Information will not be disclosed or sold to third parties unless this occurs in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will be in accordance with the personal data legislation in force at any time.

As a customer, you have the opportunity to gain insight into our registration of data about you, and you can object by registering in reference to The rules regarding this in the Act on the Processing of Personal Data and inquiries in connection therewith should be directed to NoBRAKES ApS via e-mail. contact@grunt.dk

§ 7. Right of withdrawal
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping at Grunt.dk, and the right of withdrawal runs from the day you have received your goods. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the goods are returned in the same condition and quantity, and the right of withdrawal therefore lapses if you use the goods in a way that clearly significantly reduces the sales value of the goods.

The packaging must therefore always be returned in order for the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal to be met.

NOTE! Your right of withdrawal lapses if you put these goods into use, as this will significantly reduce the sales value of the goods, cf. Section 20, subsection 3, no. 1 of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.

If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must pay the postage yourself to return the item.

The item will be sent to (Only by prior arrangement):

Nobrakes ApS
Marsvej 6
7430 Ikast

Please note: We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery, without delivery or similar.

You can also cancel by refusing to receive the item at the post office, or by delivering it in person to the above address. When you cancel your purchase, the purchase price will of course be refunded to you. This will be done by transferring it to your bank account once we have received the item back and checked that it meets the cancellation rules. It is therefore important that we are informed of your registration number and account number.

It is not a requirement, but the dispatch is facilitated if sufficient information accompanies the package - for example, a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number for the bank account to which the refund can be made, a copy of any prior correspondence, etc. Please note - we do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.

It is always a good idea to save the original packaging until you have decided whether you want to keep the item or not. In some cases, the packaging can reduce the resale value of the item and therefore the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
If an item received back, due to the 14-day right of withdrawal, is damaged due to poor packaging, Grunt is relieved of any responsibility to refund the value of the item. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Grunt will refund the entire purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

Grunt.dk does not refund and exchanges/exchanges does not offer gift cards or cash credits, but instead offers you the opportunity to buy other goods or get a credit, with a redemption period of 5 years after receipt.

Business customers:
For business customers there is no right of withdrawal unless otherwise agreed in writing between the customer and Grunt. Business customers are considered private companies, public institutions, associations, foundations and independent institutions.
