Trading terms

§ 1. Order:
You can order goods/services from Grunt via our website, via phone/email or via personal contact. All contracts are concluded in Danish. All stated prices are incl. VAT and other charges. The prices are daily prices.

§ 2. Payment
We offer payment via credit card payment (Dankort, Mastercard, Visa) or by invoicing (only business customers). No fee is charged when ordering on Grunt.dk, thereby you only pay for what you order.

If you pay by credit card, you are always protected against misuse. You have the option of rejecting a payment when you receive your payment summary. You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused in an internet shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. This way, you are better protected than in the physical world, where you have an excess of DKK 1,200. when your Dankort is misused by using the pin code.

Data you send in connection with purchases paid by payment card is encrypted (SSL), and thus only Nets (PBS) can read it. Neither Grunt.dk or others have the opportunity to read the data.

The amount for the goods is only deducted when the package is sent from Grunt.dk An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be withdrawn.

§ 3. Delivery and shipping.
Basically, two types of delivery are offered when you shop at Grunt.UK

PARCEL SHOP:
We ship within Denmark's borders as the primary delivery option in the parcel shop with a delivery time of 1-2 days, at a price of DKK 39.00.per order containing the purchase of goods under DKK 599.00. For purchases of goods for over DKK 600.00. your order is delivered free of charge. You have up to 5 valid options in the form of parcel shops to which your delivery can be selected.

If you want an order sent abroad, Greenland or the Faroe Islands, this can only be done after prior agreement with Grunt.
Delivery is by GLS. If, as expected, there are errors or omissions in an order sent from us, please contact us as soon as possible after you have received the order.

FLEX DELIVERY:
If, in connection with the order, you choose to enter a certain place where our supplier/shipper must deliver the product, Grunt disclaims responsibility for the product and responsibility passes to the buyer as soon as the package is scanned as delivered to the address by the carrier. This applies if you e.g.e.g. writes that the package must be stored in a shed, garage or similar.

Stock status: All items on Grunt.dk are usually stock items. However, errors may occur in individual cases, which means that the warehouse is not 100% correctly updated and that therefore there may be a longer delivery time. If this is the case, you will of course be contacted immediately.

RETURN:
Do you wish to return your order and possibly exchange for another, this can be done within 14 days after the item has been received. You will find an enclosed package label that you can use. This costs NOK 39 and will be deducted from your credit note/refund, together with any refunded amount. You can also return your item yourself, but you are then responsible for the amount.Items that are not delivered DIRECTLY to the address will not be accepted. Download return form here

You must normally examine the item in the same way as you can and must in a shop, but you must not use it. If you have used it in a way that you are not allowed or cannot in a business, and we cannot sell it again, or cannot sell it at full price again, you must count on us deducting the decrease in value in the amount you must have back. If the item no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase amount. All hangtags and labels must be on the clothing and must not be removed.

§ 4. Agreement conclusion
You must accept the terms of business conditions with each purchase. You are encouraged to read the conditions thoroughly.

On Grunt.dk purchase agreements with children and young people under the age of 18 can only be entered into by parents or others who can legally act on behalf of the child or young person.

§ 5. Right of complaint
As a consumer, you have a 2-year right of complaint, which means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. This of course requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product, lack of maintenance, cf. the manual or other harmful behavior.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within 2 months, the complaint is always considered to be timely.

We will refund reasonable shipping costs that you may incur in connection with returning the item when the complaint is justified.

When you want to advertise a product, it must be sent to our address - item packed with return slip:

Nobrakes ApS
Marsvej 6
7430 Ikast
Mrk.: Complaint

Note! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery, without distribution or the like.

Remember the item must always be sent back in proper packaging, it is therefore always a good idea to save the original packaging and get a receipt for sending so that we can refund your shipping costs.

If, upon receipt of a complaint, Grunt cannot find faults with the product, the customer will not be reimbursed for the value of the product. It is therefore important that you as a customer describe the error as correctly as possible to us.

When we have received your item, we will send you an email with information about the further process.

§ 6.Personal data
To be able to act on grunt.dk, the following is required:

Name
Address
Email address
Mobile no.

The above will be stored with information about which goods you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. §10 of the Accounting Act, after which information is deleted.

Information is not passed on or sold to third parties, unless this happens in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will take place in accordance with the personal data legislation in force at any time.

the rules about this in the Act on the processing of personal data and inquiries in connection with this should be addressed to NoBRAKES ApS via e-mail contact@grunt.dk

§ 7. Right of cancellation
You always have a 14-day right of cancellation when shopping at Grunt.dk, and the right of withdrawal runs from the day you received your item. The right of withdrawal can only be used if the item is returned in the same condition and quantity, and the right of withdrawal therefore expires if you use the item in a way that obviously significantly reduces the item's sales value.

The packaging must therefore always be sent back, so that the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are met.

ATTENTION! Your right of withdrawal expires if you use these goods, as this will significantly reduce the sale value of the goods, cf. Section 20, subsection of the Consumer Contracts Act. 3, no. 1

If you choose to use the right of withdrawal, you must pay the postage yourself to send the item back.

The item is sent to (Only by prior agreement):

Nobrakes ApS
Marsvej 6
7430 Ikast

Note! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery, without distribution or the like.

You can also cancel by refusing to receive the item at the post office, or handing it in personally to the above address. When you cancel your purchase, the purchase price will of course be refunded to you. This is done by a transfer to your bank account when we have received the item back and checked that it complies with the rules for cancellation. It is therefore important that we are informed of your registration number and account number.

It is not a requirement, but the expedition is promoted if sufficient information accompanies the package - for example, a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number for the bank account to which reimbursement can take place, copy of any prior correspondence etc. Note - we do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery

It is always a good idea to save the original packaging until you have decided whether you want to keep the purchase or not. In some cases, the packaging can mean that the sale value of the goods deteriorates and thus the right of withdrawal cannot be used.
If an item received back, due to the 14-day right of withdrawal, is damaged due to poor packaging, Grunt is relieved of any responsibility to refund the item's value. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Grunt will refund the entire purchase price ex. the shipping costs.

Shallow.dk does not refund and does not exchange/exchange gift cards or receivables for cash, but instead offers that you can shop for other goods, or get a receivable, with a redemption period of 5 years after receipt.

Business customers:
For business customers, there is no right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the customer and Grunt. Business customers are considered private companies, public institutions, associations, foundations and independent institutions.
